In the spring of 1994, the consultant for a mid-western zoo selected BIO-SYSTEMS Corporation to provide bacterial products and expertize in cleaning up and maintaining the duck pond housing thousands of domestic and exotic water fowl. The use of BIO-SYSTEMS products during 1994 and 1995 resulted in a cleaner pond water with low odors and a healthy environment.
Summer of 1995 saw the introduction of a competitive product to replace the BIO-SYSTEMS product. Soon odors increased, and the appearance deteriorated. Increased efforts and product applications by the distributor did not improve the situation.
Late summer 1995 the use of BIO-SYSTEMS products was restarted and immediate improvements were achieved, with the same odorless, healthy environment restored.
